I'm a rib woman!I am proudly stating my enjoyment of ribs...bar-b-qued, braised, dry rub, half-rack, full-rack even, whatever. I LIKE RIBS! But apparently this is not a lady-like dish, what with getting your mouth and fingers all dirty and what-not. Because whenever my husband and I go out and I order ribs, they always bring the food back to us, and HAND HIM THE RIB PLATE! I have to say "That is MY plate". Now I am not a small svelte woman, but I guess I just don't look like a RIB EATIN' WOMAN!
This past weekend we went to Quaker Steak and Lube. I have had their wings before but a new one just opened up in WV. It was fabulous! I had the ribs (very good) and some medium wings (which were not hot enough for me). I am gonna keep moving up the "heat" ladder until I find the wings I like!
